| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö koosneb viiest peatükist. Töö annab ülevaate metsamasinate ja metsatehnika ajaloost Eestis, põllundustraktoritel kasutatavast metsatehnikast ja tutvustatakse Eestis metsatehnikat tootvaid ettevõtteid ja nende toodangut. Eestis metsatehnikat valmistavaid ettevõtteid uurides selgus, et Eestis toodetakse laias valikus metsaveohaagiseid, hüdrotõstukeid, palgihaaratseid ja palgivintse. Lisaks toodetakse Eestis ka harvestere ja metsaveotraktoreid, mis on võimelised konkureerima üle maailma tuntud harvesteride ja metsaveotraktorite tootjate toodetega. Suurem osa Eestis metsaseadmetega tegelevate ettevõtete toodangust läheb ekspordiks Skandinaavia ja Euroopa Liidu riikidesse, kus on rohkem turgu. Analüüsivas peatükis uuritakse metsaveohaagiste poolt tekitatavat erisurvet maapinnale ja võrreldakse neid 2011. aastal valminud Rando Roosiku lõputöö uurimuse tulemustega. Uurimuses selgus, et haagiste rattamõõtude suurendamisel väheneb haagise erisurve maapinnale, seega mida suurem on haagise kogumass, seda suurema diameetri ja laiema rehviga peavad haagiste rattad olema. Võrreldes 2011. aasta andmetega pole haagiste poolt tekitatavad erisurved oluliselt muutunud kuna haagiste all kasutatavate rataste mõõdud ja haagise kogukaalude suhe on üldiselt jäänud samaks. Autori arvates saaksid uurimustööst kasulikku infot eraisikud ja ettevõtted, kes plaanivad soetada endale Eestis toodetavat metsatehnikat. | est |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis consists of five chapters. The work gives an overview of the history of forest machines and forestry equipment in Estonia, describes of accessories, what can be used on agricultural tractors in forest work and introduces different in Estonia forest machinery producing companies and their production. Researching companies manufacturing forest machinery in Estonia revealed that in Estonia produced many forest trailers, forest cranes, skidding grapples and winches. Additionally produced in Estonia forest harvesters and forwarders that are capable to compete over the world known companies products. Most part of the forestry machine production what is made in Estonia exported to Scandinavian and European Union countries where is bigger market. The analytical chapter examines the soil pressure on the ground what is caused by forest trailers and compare them with the results of Rando Roosik's Bachelor's thesis in 2011. The survey revealed that increasing the measures of the trailer wheel decreases to the soil pressure what is made by the trailers, that means, trailer with larger total weight trailers needs the larger diameter and the wider tires. Compared to 2011 year results the soil pressures what is made by trailers have not significantly changed because the measure of wheels under the trailers and the total weight of the trailer have remained almost the same. The Author believes that this Thesis could provide useful information to private person or the companies who are planning to purchase forest machinery which is produced in Estonia. | eng |
