Abstrakt
Antud töös uuritakse Tartumaa metskonna Alatskivi metsandiku lageraiete ning
metsauuendamistööde mahtusid aastatel 2010-2014.
Töö eesmärk on välja selgitada, kui suurtel aladel tehti lageraieid, kui suurtes mahtudes tehti
erinevaid metsauuendustöid ning kui palju raiutud metsa jäeti looduslikule uuenemisele.
Töös on analüüsimiseks kasutatud andmeid takseerandmebaasist RITA.
Tulemusena selgus, et kõige enam kasutati kultiveerimiseks istutamist. Looduslikule uuenemisele
jäeti 270,5 hektarit, ehk 28% lageraie aladest. Kõige rohkem lageraieid teostati jänesekapsamustika
ning naadi kasvukohatüüpides ja metsauuendustöid viidi läbi kõige enam jänesekapsa
kasvukohatüübis. Naadi kasvukohatüübi metsades tehtud raietest jäeti võrreldes teiste
kasvukohatüüpidega ka suurim osa looduslikule uuenemisele.
The current thesis studies reforestation capacities resulting from the area of clear cutting in the forest district of Alatskivi Rural Municipality during the years 2010 – 14. The aim of this study is to determine, firstly, the area of clear cutting, secondly, the capacities of different kind of reforestation activities performed and thirdly, the area of the cut forest was left for natural regeneration. The author of the paper has used data in the forest rating database RITA to analyse the information received during the research. The study proved that forest planting was the most popular method of cultivating. Twenty-eight percent of the area of clear cutting, i.e. 270.5 hectares, were left to natural reforestation. The biggest amount of clear cutting was carried out in the Oxalis - Vaccinium myrtillus and Aegopodium site types, Most of reforestation activities were performed in the Oxalis site type. The clear cut areas in Aegopodium site type left for natural regeneration were bigger than in other site types.
