Abstrakt
Väliselektrivõrkude projekteerimise valdkonnas on puudujääk vajalike oskustega
spetsialistide osas. Lõputöö eesmärk on kaardistada, kas ja milline on vajadus
väliselektrivõrkude projekteerijate järele tulevikus ning kuidas tagada nendele
spetsialistidele piisav erialane ettevalmistus ülikoolis. Antud töös on tuginetud: (1) töö
autori isiklikule kogemusele projekteerijana (üle 3,5 aasta); (2) valdkonnas tegutsevatele
ettevõtetele ning nende hinnangutele; (3) valdkonnaga seotud ekspertide hinnangutele; (4)
teiste ülikoolide sarnaste õppekavade analüüsile. Leiti, et vajalik on luua Eesti
Maaülikooli magistriastme "Energiakasutuse" õppekavale täiendav erialane moodul, mis
toetaks valdkonnas vajalike oskuste omandamist.
There is a need for skilled specialists regarding electrical grid development. The aim of this thesis is to map out if there is a deficit, how acute it is, and how to ensure the required work force receives adequate preparation from the university level education. This thesis’ findings are supported by: (1) the author’s own work experience (over 3,5 years); (2) survey results of companies active in this sector; (3) assessments of experts working in or related to this sector; (4) analysis of similar curriculums from other universities abroad. The thesis found that it is necessary to create a new specialty module in the curriculum of Energy Application Engineering with the aim of improving the required knowledge transfer for new skilled specialists.
