| dc.description.abstract | Käesolevas bakalaureusetöös analüüsiti laasitud ja laasimata mändide oksi. Töö eesmärgiks on võrrelda laasimata ja laasitud mändide okste mahtusid, okste mahu osakaalu tüve mahust, okste asetsemist puu tüves ja erinevate oksa tsoonide mahtu ja paiknemist tüves. Uurimistöö jaoks langetati 2015. aasta sügisel Järvselja Õppe- ja katsemetskonnas kvartalilt JS276 eraldiselt 8 kaks mudelpuud, üks laasimata ja teine laasitud mänd. Kokku mõõdeti 198 männast, neist pooled ehk 99 männast olid pärit laasimata mudelpuult ja 99 männast laasitud mudelpuult. Männastest lõigati välja oksad, millest 384 oli pärit laasimata puult ja 392 laasitud puult. Okstelt mõõdeti nende tõusunurk maapinna suhtes, asimuut, oksa elusosa ja surnud osa pikkus, samuti diameeter risti oksa teljega. Saadud tulemusi analüüsiti ja võrreldi laasimata ja laasitud puul. Kolme suurima männase surnud okste maht laasitud puul asus 5,6 m – 11,8 m kõrgusel ja elusokste maht 11,8 m – 18,6 m kõrgusel. Laasimata puul asus kolme suurima männase surnud okste maht kõrgusel 12,1 m – 13,7 m ja elusokste maht 18,6 m – 23,2 m. Oksavaba puidu mahu tsoon oli laasitud puul kuni 6,3 m kõrguseni ja laasimata puul kuni 8,4 m kõrguseni, seevastu laasimata puul oli oksavaba tsoon kitsam. Oksavaba puidu maht oli laasitud puul 28,4% ja laasimata puul 15,8% tüve mahust. Surnud okstega puidu tsoon paiknes laasitud puul kuni 17 m kõrguseni ja laasimata puul kuni 18,2 m kõrguseni. Elusoksi sisaldava puidu maht laasitud puul oli 25,5% ja laasimata puul 45,9% tüve mahust. Elusoksi ja surnuid oksi sisaldava puidu maht laasitud puul oli 39,5% ja laasimata puul 31,7%. tüve mahust.. | dc.description.abstract | In this BSc thesis the branches of pruned and unpruned pine stems were analyzed. The goal of the study was to compare the volumes of the branches of pruned and unpruned pine stems, the proportion of volume the branches and the stem, the location of the branches in the stem and the volume of different zones of the branches and location in the stem. For the study in autumn 2015 in Järvselja Training and Experimental Forest District in compartment JS276 two pine model trees were cut – one unpruned and the other pruned. In total 198 whorls were measured, half of them from unpruned trees and half from pruned trees. From whorls branches were cut off, of which 384 from unpruned trees and 392 from pruned trees. From branches was measured the elevation angle to the ground, azimuth, length of living and dead part of the branches and also branch diameter perpendicular to the axis. The obtained data was analyzed and comparison of unpruned and pruned trees was carried out. The volume of dead of branches of three largest whorls of pruned trees was located at 5.6 m - 11.8 m height and live branches volume at 11.8 m - 18.6 m height. The volume of dead of branches of three largest whorls of unpruned trees was located at height of 12.1 m - 13.7 m and the volume of live branches at height 18.6 m - 23,2 m. Knot-free zone of pruned trees was up to height of 6.3 m and up to height of 8.4 m height of unpruned trees. The kot-free zone of unpruned trees was narrower compared to pruned trees. The share of knot-free timber of pruned trees was 28.4% and 15.8% of unpruned trees of the total volume of the tree. The zone of dead branches of pruned trees was located at height up to 17 m and upt to height 18.2 m for unpruned trees. The share of timber with live branches of pruned trees was 25.5% and 45.9% of unpruned trees of the total volume of the tree. The share of timber with live and dead branches of pruned trees was 39.5% and 31.7% of unpruned trees of the total volume of the tree. The stem volume of the zone of live branches of pruned and unpruned stems was equal, 6.7% of the volume. | eng |
