Abstrakt
Plant-derived extracellular vesicles (PDEVs) have recently captivated scientific interest due to their pivotal roles in intercellular communication. This study investigates the functional aspects and biocontrol potential of potato peel-derived extracellular vesicles against foodborne pathogen Bacillus cereus ATCC 11778, aligning with the concept of waste valorization.
