Abstrakt
2013. aastal toimub konverents "Taastuvate energiaallikate uurimine
ja kasutamine" juba 15 korda. TEUK on läbi aastate olnud üks
põhilisi taastuvenergia valdkonna teadurite, praktikute, poliitikute
ja lihtsalt huviliste kohtumispaiku.
Juubelikonverentsi põhifookuses on sel korral väike- ja
hajaenergeetika, et peegeldada paremini ühiskonnas arenevaid
olulisi teemasid. Tavapärastele teadlaste ettekannetele on sel korral
lisaks antud rohkem sõna ka ettevõtjatele ja praktikutele, et tutvustada
edukaid kogemusi taastuvenergia väikelahenduste vallas.
Lisaks suulistele ettekannetele on esindatud ka posterettekanded
väga laia teemaderingiga, alates hajusast päikesekiirgusest Eestis
kuni hoonete elektrisüsteemi innovatsioonide ja metsandusest saadava
puidu potentsiaalse kasutamiseni energeetikas.
Juubelikonverentsi programm on sel korral jagatud kolmeks
teemadeblokiks: "Visioon - väikelahenduste päralt on tulevik?",
"Tuule- ja päikeseenergia väikelahendused" ning "Biokütustel põ-
hinevad lahendused". Päeva lõpetusena toimub Eesti taastuvenergia
sektori hetkeseisu ja arenguid käsitlev paneeldiskussioon
„Taastuvenergia väikelahendused igaühele - kas ja kuidas on see
võimalik?“, mis võtab kokku eelnevates ettekannetes käsitletud
teemad. Arutelu all on väikelahenduste potentsiaal ning tulevikuväljavaated,
seda nii Euroopa mastaabis kui ka lähiajal valmiva
Eesti pikaajalise energiamajanduse arengukava taustal. Diskussioon
võimaldab poliitikutel, teadlastel ja praktikutel ühiselt arutleda
ees ootavate arengusuundade üle.

Annual conference Investigation and Usage of Renewable Energy Sources is being held already 15th time. The conference has been throughout its history the main meeting point for renewable energy sector politians, scientists and practitioners. The main focus of this years jubilee conference will be small scale renewable energetics, to reÀ ect the current important topics in the community. In addition to the regular scienti¿ c presentations, this year we also focus on best practices from the entrepreneurs. Besides oral presentations we also exhibit poster presentations with very diverse topics ranging from studies on diffuse solar radiation in Estonia to macroeconomic innovations in building electricity systems and potential use of forestry biomass for energy production. The program of the jubilee conference is divided into three main sections: 'Vision - are small scale renewable energetics the future?'; 'Small-scale solutions for solar and wind energy' and 'Solutions for biomass based energy production'. Day is summarised with open discussion themed "Small scale renewable energy solutions - If and how it is possible?", bringing together all the ideas from previous presentations. Discussion will focus on development potential and future of small-scale renewable energy both in the context of European policies and Estonian long-term energy management plan that will be completed in the near future. The discussion enables politians, scientists and practitioners to debate on oncoming development possibilities. Enjoy the presentations and have a wonderful reading!
