Abstrakt
Käesolev magistritöö on koostatud teemal „Võrguteenuse kvaliteedi analüüs keskpinge
elektrivõrgus“. Võrguettevõttel on kasutada detailne statistiline andmestik kogu
jaotusvõrgu opereerimisnäitajate kohta, kuid uute tehnoloogiate kasutuselevõtuga ning
regulatsioonide karmistumisega on oluline analüüsida ettevõtte poolt koostatud
arenguplaane ja veenduda nende õigsuses. Töö eesmärgiks on uurida võrguettevõttes
teostatavate investeeringute mõju varustuskindluse indeksile SAIDI. Uurimistöös
kasutati ühelt poolt pilootprojektide, kus paljasjuhe on asendatud kaetud juhtmega,
tulemusi ja teisalt ettevõtte poolt prognoositavaid investeeringumahtusid ning
varustuskindluse näitaja SAIDI alanemise prognoose. Andmete töötlemise ja
võrdlemise tulemusena tuvastati erinevus SAIDI prognooside ja uuringu tulemuste
vahel. Töös tuuakse välja järeldused ning eelkõige soovitused võrguettevõttele, millega
arvestades on viimasel võimalik koostada täpsemaid prognoose ning koostada
realistlikumaid investeeringuplaane.
The subject of the Master’s Thesis is the “ „Analysis of electric network service quality in the medium voltage power grid.“ Power distribution grid company possesses vast amount of statistical data about the distribution network, but due to the new technologies and tightened legal requirements an additional investigations shall be held in order to be confident in prognosis mady by company. The objective of the thesis is to investigate the impact of the investments to the reliability indicator SAIDI. Analysis is based on results of the pilot projects, where bare conductors were replaced by covered ones, and prognoses of investments as well as decrease of the SAIDI, prepared by the local power distribution network company. As result of data processing and later comparison, difference between company’s prognoses regarding SAIDI and results of the investigation was dicovered. Conclusions and recommendations for the grid company are included into the thesis, allowing grid company to prepare more precise prognoses and more realistic investment plans, if needed.
