Abstrakt
Maailmas on mustikate sordiaretus keskendunud kännasmustikale ja silmmustikale, poolkõrge
mustikas on aga külmakindlam ning sobib kasvatamiseks põhjapoolsemates piirkondades.
Uute sobilike sortide välja selgitamise juures on üheks eesmärgiks leida varasema ja hilisema
valmimisega sorte, et tootjatel oleks võimalus müüa saaki võimalikult pika perioodi jooksul.
Uurimuse hüpotees sõnastati järgnevalt: mükoriisa preparaat soodustab taimede
toiteelementide omastamist ja seega ka istutusjärgset kasvu tunnelkasvuhoone tingimustes.
Uurimustöö eesmärk oli välja selgitada sordiomaduste ja mükoriisa preparaadi mõju
mustikataimede kasvule ja saagile plastiktunnelis.
Eesmärgi saavutamiseks analüüsiti Aran OÜ kiletunnelis katses oleva kahe sordi
produktiivsuse ja saagi biokeemilisi näitajaid. Mükoriisapreparaati Rhodovit kasutati taimede
istutamisel (töödeldi taimede juuri) 2019. aasta kevadel. Istikud olid 3 aastased. Katses oli
kaks sorti: poolkõrge mustikas ‘Northblue‘ ja kännasmustikas ‘Duke‘. Mõlema sordiga oli
kaks varianti: kontroll ja mulda lisatud mükoriisa.
Hüpotees leidis kinnitust osaliselt. Kahe kasvuaasta tulemustele põhinedes saab järeldada, et
katses avaldas mükoriisa olulist mõju antotsüaanide sisaldusele. Mükoriisa kasutamine
avaldas olulist mõju mahla kuivaine ja hapete suhtarvule. Sordi ‘Duke‘ suhtarvu suurendas
oluliselt mükoriisa kasutamine. Põõsa kõrgusele, lehtede SPAD näidule, saagikusele
mükariisa mõju ei avaldanud.
Around the world, blueberry breeding is the center of the blueberry, but the half-high blueberry is more frost-resistant and is suitable for growing in the northernmost areas. When identifying new suitable cultivars, an aim is to find an earlier and or later maturing cultivars so that producers could have the opportunity to sell the berries for the longest period possible. The hypothesis of the study was formulated as follows: mycorrhiza preparation promotes the uptake of nutrients by plants and thus also post-planting growth in conditions of a high plastictunnel. The aim of the reaserach was to ascertain the influence of, the characteristics of cultivars and of mycorrhiza on the growth and yield of blueberry plants in a plastic tunnel. To achieve the goal, in Aran OÜ analyzed the production and biochemical parameters of the two cultivars in the plastic tunnel in 2020. The mycorrhizal preparation Rhodovit was used for planting plants (was added to the roots) in spring of 2019. There were two cultivars in the experiment: a half-high 'Northblue' and highbush 'Duke'. Both cultivars had two treatment: control and mycorrhiza added to the soil. The hypothesis was partially confimed. Based on the results of two growing years, it can be concluded that mycorrhiza had a significant effect on the content of anthocyanin in the berries. The use of mycorrhiza had a sugnificant effect on the soluble solids and the acid ratio of the juice. The ‘Duke‘ ratio significantly increased by the use of mycorrhizae. Mycorrhiza had no effect on the plants height, leaf SPAD reading, and the yield.
