Abstrakt
SCADA-programme kasutatakse tööstuses, automaatikas, elektrisüsteemides ja paljudes
teistes kohtades erinevate protsesside jälgimiseks, juhtimiseks ja andmehõiveks. Kuna
väljatöötatud SCADA-programme on rohkelt, võib osutuda nende seast valiku tegemine
keerukaks.
Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö peamiseks eesmärgiks on selgitada nelja erineva vaba
tarkvaralise SCADA-programmi hulgast universaalseim tavakasutajatele ning Eesti
Maaülikooli üliõpilastele protsesside visualiseerimise ja andmehõive õpetamiseks
sobivaim.
Töös seatakse programmide võrdlemiseks neli kriteeriumit: õppimiskõver ning seda
hõlbustavate materjalide olemasolu, kasutajatugi, toetatavad operatsioonisüsteemid ning
andmeside ja ühendusviiside meetodid ja hulk. Nende põhjal reastatakse uuritavad
programmid pingeritta.
Analüüsi tulemusena osutus universaalseimaks SCADA-programmiks pvbrowser, mis
vastas suuremas osas kõikidele töös seatud kriteeriumitele. Selle peamiseks takistuseks
kasutamisel osutus vajadus programmeerimise oskuse järele. Sobivaimaks programmiks
protsesside visualiseerimise ja andmehõive õpetamiseks Eesti Maaülikooli üliõpilastele
osutus AdvancedHMI, mida võib välja tuua kerge kasutatavuse ja õpitavuse poolest.
Põhilise puudusena tuleb märkida, et AdvancedHMI on vaid Windowsi põhine.
Antud töö maht võimaldas võrrelda vaid nelja SCADA-programmi, kuid edasisteks
uuringuteks võib valimit laiendada. Veel täpsemateks uuringuteks võib SCADAprogramme
testida ka reaalsete süsteemide peal. Töö autori hinnangul sobiks Eesti
Maaülikooli energeetika osakonna laborites kasutada programmi AdvancedHMI.
SCADA programs are used in industry, automation, electrical systems and many other places for monitoring, controlling and data acquisition. Since there are many different SCADA programs, choosing one can cause difficulties. The main objective of this thesis is to identify from four different free software SCADA programs the most universal for user and suitable for teaching process visualization and data acquisition to students of Estonian University of Life Sciences. The programs in the thesis are compared by four criteria: learning curve and materials helping to improve it, user support, support of different operating systems and means of communication and connectivity methods. Based on these criterias is set the ranking of programs. As a result of the analysis, the most universal SCADA program was pvbrowser that met most of the set criteria. The main obstacle of using pvbrowser is the need for programming skills. The most suitable program for teaching process visualization and data acquisition to students of Estonian University of Life Science is AdvancedHMI due to its ease of use and learning. The main drawback is that AdvancedHMI is only Windows-based software. In this work only four different SCADA-programs were compared, but for further researches, the amount of programs can be increased. For even specific research, the SCADA programs can be tested on real systems. The author of the thesis estimates that AdvancedHMI can be used in Estonian University of Life Sciences departments of Energy Engineering.
