Abstrakt
Käesoleva töö teema valiku puhul sai määravaks viimasel ajal üha enam populaarsust
koguma hakanud tark maja (nutimajade) kontseptsioon. Töö autoril avanes Käopesa
pereelamutesse ehitada elektrikilbid, huvist ajendatuna tekkis soov sealseid süsteeme ja
lahendusi lähemalt uurida. Autor on koostanud sarnasel teemal ka kursusetöö aines
inseneriinformaatika, kus vaadeldi Käopesa targa maja lahendusi. Käesolevas
bakalaureusetöös on uuritud tarkmaja lahendust, töös on välja toodud milliseid süsteemi
lahendusi pakub käesolev tark hoone.
Bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada kuidas on lahendatud hoonete
elektrivarustus ning teha kindlaks hoonete täpne toitekaablite magistraalvõrk, mõõta
toitekaablite rikkesilmuse näivtakistused, arvutada lühisvoolud ja leida kaitserakendus
ning leida lahendus kuidas ühendada olemas olev välisvalgustus hooneautomaatika võrku
võimalikult lihtsate ja majanduslikult soodsate vahenditega. Töös on kasutatud nii erialast
kirjandust kui ka autori poolt teostatud mõõdistuste/uurimuste tulemusi.
Töös püstitatud esimene ja teine hüpotees lükati ümber. Esitatud uurimisküsimused said
kõik vastuse. Töö tulemusena on autor loonud endale selgema pildi hetkeolukorrast ja
uutest arengusuundadest hooneautomaatika valdkonnas. Töö tulemused näitavad, et
Käopesa pereelamute süsteeme saaks muuta kasutajate jaoks mugavamaks ning
energiasäästlikumaks. Tulemusi on tutvustatud ka Käopesa pereelamute poolsele
kontaktisikule.
The topic of the bachelor’s work was chosen by the fact that smart houses have been gaining more and more popularity every year. Work author had an opportunity to build switchboards for Käopesa’s family houses. This led to deeper interest towards feedlot systems and solutions. The author has also prepared a curse work Information technology for a similar topic, which gave an overview of the smart house solutions in Käopesa family houses. In this thesis the smart house systems are studied in depth. The work outlines what this particular system offers for this smart house. Thesis is finding out how building electricity systems are solved, identifying the exact power cables backbone network, measuring the power cables to the apparent obstacles, calculating the circuit currents and the protection of the application. Finding a real solution for how to connect to an existing exterior of the building automation network as simple and economical as possible. The work has been written using both professional literature as well as authors performed measurements and search results. The first and second hypothesis, set for the work have been converted. The research questions were all answered. As a result, the author created a new, clearer understanding of the current situation and new developments in the field of building automation. Results of the study show that the Käopesa family houses systems can be made more convenient for users, and more energy efficient. The results are presented to the Käopesa family housing-side contact.
