Teeninduskorvi riputusrakiste arendamine pulbervärviliinile
Abstract
Käesolev lõputöö on teostatud koostöös OÜ Tarmeteciga, kus tootmisteenusena teostatav
teeninduskorvide värvimine on plaanis juurutada uuele pulbervärvimiseliinile, seetõttu
tekkis neil vajadus uue tehnoloogiaga rakiste arendusele. Lõputöö eesmärgiks on
projekteerida rakised ning valmistatud rakiste katsetamine uuel liinil. Töös on toodud
ülevaade antud pulbervärviliinist ning teeninduskorvidest. Sidudes saadud informatsioon
ülevaadetest, teostati rakiste arendus, kus peeti silmas tekkinud eripärasid ning nõudeid.
Konstruktsioonide vastupidavuse kontrollimiseks teostati tugevusarvutused ning lõplike
elementide meetodi analüüs. Saadud tulemustest tehti järeldused ning teostati ka kahele
rakisele reaalsed katsetused, millest selgus, et konstruktsioonid on vastupidavad, kuigi
tekkis ka vastuolu töös käsitletud arvutustele. This thesis has been carried out in cooperation with OÜ Tarmetec, where it is planned to
bring service baskets in to a new powder coating line. The service baskets are made as a
production service. The aim of the final thesis is to design the jigs and test the
manufactured constructions on the new line. The paper presents an overview of the powder
coating line and service baskets. The information obtained from the overviews was carried
out in the development of the jigs in which the specificities and requirements created were
considered. Strength calculations and analysis of the finite element method were performed
to check the durability of the structures. Conclusions were made from the results and real
experiments were carried out on the two constructions, which revealed that the structures
were durable, although there was also a contradiction in the calculations discussed in the
work.
