dc.description.abstractKäesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada biostimulantide mõju küüslaugu (Allium sativum L.) saagikusele ning püstitatud hüpotees oli, et biostimulandid suurendavad küüslaugu saagikust. 2015.-2016. aastal viidi läbi lehe kaudu väetamise katse küüslaugu sordiga ’Ziemiai’ Jõgevamaal, Pala vallas, Tooma talu tootmispõllul. Taliküüslaugud istutati neljas korduses 7m2 suurusele katselapile. Sügisel anti mineraalväetist - NPK 3-8-20 normiga 350 kg/ha. Kevadel väetati Yaramila Cropcare 11-11-21, 500 kg/ha. Kasvuaegselt kasutati 175 kg/ha ammoniumsalpeetrit. Katses kasutati 7 preparaati: Raycat Growth, Aminocat, Ruter AA, Aton AZ, Prolis, Ekolist ja Sulfone. Kontrollvarianti pritsiti veega. Esimene pritsimine tehti 13.05.2016. Küüslauku kuivatati ning hiljem sorteeriti läbimõõdu alusel 6 suurusrühma. Iga katsevariandi saak kaaluti ning arvutati kogusaak. Kogusaak varieerus 496...577 g-ni. Nii kontrollvariant kui Ekolist olid madala saagiga. Kuid teiste preparaatide kasutamine tõstis kogusaaki. Püstitatud hüpotees sai kinnituse - biostimulantidel on positiivne mõju taime saagi kujunemisele ning taime kasvule.et
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis was to determine the effect of biostimulants on garlic (Allium sativum L.) plants development and formation of yield. The hypothesis was that biostimulants increase garlic yield. In 2015.-2016. was carried out a field experiment in Estonia, Jõgeva country, Pala parish, Tooma production field with the cultivar ’Ziemiai’ by using biostimulants and foliar application. Garlic cloves were planted in field size 7m2 . In autumn the field was fertilized with mineral fertilizer NPK 3-8-20, 350 kg/ha. In spring 500 kg/ha Yaramila Cropcare 11-11-21 was applied. During the vegetation period 175 kg/ha ammonium nitrate was used as well. In the experiment 7 products were used: Raycat Growth, Aminocat, Ruter AA, Aton AZ, Prolis, Ekolist and Sulfone. The control was sprayed with water. First foliar application was on 13.05.2016. After the harvest, garlic was dried and calibrated by the diameter in 6 groups. Each group was weighted and based on the results, the total yield was calculated. The total yield ranged from 496...577 g. The product Ekolist and control had lowest yield in the experiment. Other products increased the yield. The hypothesis was confirmed by the fact that biostimulants had an effect on the plants and increased the yield of garlic.en
