dc.description.abstractAntud lõputöö eesmärgiks oli rekonstrueerida ajalooline Gotlandi käi. Eesmärgini jõudmiseks lahendati järgmised ülesanded: projekteeriti ja konstrueeriti raam koos rihmapingutusmehhanismiga, flantside projekteerimine ja valmistamine. konstrueerida rihmasüsteem ja veesüsteem. Antud lõputöö valmistamine toimus Eesti maaülikooli tehnika instituudi töökojas. Antud lõputöös on välja toodud kasutatud materjal koos hinna ja parameetritega. Rihmapingutusmehhanism, raam ja flantsid projekteeriti virtuaalkeskonnas solid edge, et jõuda eesmärgini tuli kasutada nelja erinevat metalli töötlemise protsessi, milleks oli lõikamine, keevitamine, treimine, puurimine. Käia raami ristküliktorud valiti nende paksuse järgi, et käia raam suudaks kanda 100 kilogrammist liivakivi.et
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this Bachelor’s thesis was to recostruct an historical wheel grinder the most important thing was to design and construct a frame with belt extantion mechanism in a garage of Institute of Technology. The thesis assesses the material used, the price of the material, the designe of frame,flanges and belt tensioning mechanism were modelled in solid edge. Different metal processing machines and methods were used to complete this objective. The frame of an historical wheel grinder was modelled in Solid Edge, the material of a historical wheel grinder frame was selected by the thickness of the steel rectangular pipes, the most suitable steel rectangular pipes. The pipes were first cut into twelwe pieces and then welded toghether with a welding machine Transpocket 2500RC. Flanges were made from a circuled steel and turned with two diffrent lathes IK62 and Turnado 230/1000. The belt tensioning echanis was ade fro a steel late welded togheter with two greenhouse hinges and the hinges were welded to the fra e to give the belt tensioning echanis its obilit to ove 177 degrees.en
