dc.description.abstractBakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on projekteerida ja ehitada seade, mis kleebib silte kilekottidele. Siltide kleepimine toimub olukorras, kus silt eemaldatakse sildirullilt ning asetatakse kilekotile. Kilekotid on paigutatud üksteise peale ning pärast sildi kleepimist toimub kilekoti ümber pööramine. Selleks, et seade projekteerida on jaotatud seade neljaks mehhanismiks ning igale mehhanismile on genereeritud ideesid. Kirjandusallikate põhjal tutvustatakse seadmes kasutatavaid elektri- ja pneumokomponente. Seadme juhtimisorganiks on Arduino mikrokontroller, mille programmkoodi abil juhitakse seadmes olevaid transistore ja sammmootori draivereid.EST
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to engineer and build a device that pastes labels from a label roll onto stationary plastic bags which are stacked on top of each other. To achieve this goal the author has divided the device into four separate mechanisms and has generated ideas for each mechanism. The device consists of a mechanism that detaches the labels from the label roll and pastes them onto plastic bags; a mechanism that lifts the plastic bag; and the final mechanism turns the plastic bag around. Different technical literature is used to describe the machinery built for the device. Lastly, calculations are made to estimate the theoretical capability of the device and the electric energy consumed in an hour.en
