dc.description.abstractKäesoleva bakalaureusetöö esimene osa annab ülevaate personali värbamise ja valiku teoreetilistest alustest. Teoreetilise alusmaterjalina on kasutatud eesti ja erinevate välisautorite personaliteemalist kirjandust. Töö teises osas käsitletakse ettevõtte Lasita Maja Production AS (edaspidi Lasita Maja) personalipoliitikat, värbamise ja valiku protsessi ettevõttes ning analüüsitakse tootmistööliste seas läbiviidud ankeetküsitluse vastuseid. Valimi moodustasid ettevõtte tootmistöölised. Uurimuse probleem tuli vajadusest lähemalt uurida personali värbamise ja valiku protsessi, kuna töötajad ettevõttes sageli vahetuvad ja tööjõu voolavuse probleem on aktuaalne. Töö tarbeks on kasutatud meetodeid, milleks on ankeetküsitlus tootmistööliste seas ning intervjuu ettevõtte juhiabi-personalijuhiga. Uuritav probleem ilmnes autori viibimisega praktikal Lasita Majas ning värbamise ja valiku protsessi jälgimisega. Vaatlusalune grupp koosnes ca 130 tootmistöölisest. Suur tööjõu voolavuse probleem oli tingitud tähtajaliste töölepingute sõlmimisest töötajatega. Muutus töölepingute tähtajatuks muutmisel kindlasti vähendab tööjõu voolavust ettevõttes, kuna tähtajatu töölepingu korral tekib töötajatel kindlustunne tuleviku ees. Selgusid ka noorema- ja vanemaealiste töötajate ning eesti- ja vene rahvuste erinevused personali värbamise ja valiku protsessis. dc.description.abstractThe first part of this BA thesis provides an overview of the theoretical basis of personnel recruitment and selection, using HR-related literature from various Estonian and international authors covering recruitment and personnel selection as the main source of information. Second part of this thesis studies the human resource policy, recruiting and selection process at Lasita Maja Production PLC and analyses results of the survey conducted among production workers of that company. The selection for the survey consisted only of the production workers of Lasita Maja Production PLC. The subject matter of the thesis was relevant due to the need to analyze in more detail the recruitment and personnel selection process, since the employees in the company change frequently and the attrition rate is an actual and topical issue. Methods used for this thesis were creating a questionnaire form and conducting the survey among production workers, with an additional interview with the management support / human resource manager. The topic of this thesis became evident when the author was working at Lasita Maja Production PLC as an intern and was observing the recruitment and personnel selection processes. The group being observed was ca 130 production workers in size. Large attrition rate was caused by making fixed-term contracts with the employees. Changing the fixed-term employment contracts to permanent employment contracts should reduce the attrition rate in the company, since permanent employment contract gives the employees more security and guarantee for the future. Differences between younger and older personnel, but also between Estonian and Russian employees concerning the recruitment and personnel selection became clear. Author wishes to improve the workflow management with her conclusions and enhancement proposals.eng
