dc.description.abstractInimkonna kiire kasv sunnib meid tootma piiratud resursil maa rohkem toitu kemikaalide ning mineraalväetiste kaasabil. See aga on keskonda saastav ning on vaja leida looduslikku päritolu taimekasvu parandavaid preparaate. Humiinpreparaadid on looduslikku päritolu ning nende mõju taimekasvule on kümneid aastaid uuritud. Antud uurimistöös kasutatakse vermikkompostist pärinevat humiinpreparaati Gumistar, ning analüüsitakse selle mõju kartulikasvule Eestile omases kliimas. Töö eesmärk on selgitada välja kas humiinpreparaadi lisamine mõjutab mugula kvaliteeti ning saagikust ja kas see on ka majanduslikult tasuv.Uurimistöö on katsepõhine, mis viidi läbi EMÜ Eerika katsepõllul 2012 aasta suvel. Katse tehtid kontrollvariandi ning kahe erineva humiinpreparaadi normiga. Humiinpreparaat 25 l ha-1(H25), 50 l ha-1(H50) ning kontrollvariant (H0).Aastal 2012 läbi viidud katses humiinainete lisamine positiivset mõju kartuli kasvule ei avaldanud. Kõige suurema saagiga oli H0 katselapp (52,4 t ha-1), H25 saagikus oli 1,8 t ha-1kohta väiksem ( 50,6 t ha-1) ning H50 võrreldes H0- ga 2,8 t ha-1 kohta väiksem( 49,6 t ha-1). Andmetest lähtuvalt langes, aga usutavalt tärklisesisaldus H50 (13,4%) variandil võrreldes nii kontroll (13,8%) kui ka H25 (14,0%). Aastal 2012 oli kontrollvariandi tärklisesaak 7,2 t ha-1, H25 variandil 7,1 t ha-1ning H50 variandi korral 6,6 t ha-1. Tärklisesaak on 600 kg ha-1väiksem kui kontrollvariandil, kuid tegemist pole usutava langusega. H0 omas nitraate 2,85 mg kg-1, H25 3,96 mg kg-1ning H50 2,33 mg kg-1. H50 korral oli nitraatide sisaldus 1,63 mg võrra väiksem ning kontrollvariandiga võrreldes 0,52 mg võrra väiksem. Nitraatide vähema sisalduse põhjuseks on mugulate jõudmine täisküpsuseni kiiremini kui humiinpreparaadita katselapil. Kõige rohkem kasumit tootis H0 variant, sest selle katselapi kulud olid kõige väiksemad ja samas saagikus suurim. H0 kasum oli vastavalt 5274,61 Eur ha-1, H25 tootis kasumit 4748,32 Eur ha-1ning H50 jäi kõige vähem kasumlikuks 4330,82 Eur ha-1. Vermikkompostist pärit humiinpreparaadiga tehtud katses aastal 2010 saadi kartuli kasvus positiivseid tulemusi nii mugulate kvaliteedis kui ka saagikusel (Eremeev et al., 2010). Antud katses aga humiinpreparaadi kasutamine positiivset mõju ei avaldanud. Selle põhjuseks võib olla madal mulla pH ning niisked tingimused. Katsetes on selgunud, et huumiinpreparaadi mõju tuleb esile kuivades ja taime kasvuks mitte nii sobivates tingimustes. Antud katset korratakse järgneval aastal, et näha kas tulemused on samaväärsed.est
dc.description.abstractEstonian.Rapid growth of mankind is forcing us to produce more food with limited resource on the earth with the help of chemicals and fertilizers. This is polluting environment and force us to find a natural source for plant growth-enhancing supplements. Humic substances are natural origin and their effects on plant growth has been investigated for decades. In this research humic subtancses (Gumistar) from a vermic compost was used, and its impact on potato growth in Estonian clima was analysed. The purpose of this research is to find out whether adding humic subtances affects tuber yield and quality, and if it is economically effective.The research is based on a test that was conducted EMÜ Eerika field during the summer of 2012. The experiment had control and the option of two different normatives of humic subtances: 25 l ha-1(H25), 50 l ha-1(H50) and control (H0).In a 2012 experiment conducted with humic subtances a positive impact on the growth of potato did not expressed. The biggest yield was a test patch H0 (52.4 t ha-1), H25 yield had1.8 t ha-1 lower yield (50.6 t ha-1), and H50 compared with H0 had 2.8 t ha-1 lower yield (49.6t ha-1). Data show that starch decreased H50 (13.4%) as compared to the control variant (13.8%), as well as H25 (14.0%), but this is not statistically credibly. In 2012, the yield of starch in H0 was 7.2 t ha-1, H25 variant had 7.1 t ha-1 and H50 variant had 6.6 t ha-1, this is 600 kg ha-1 less than H0, but it is not statistically plausible. H0 had nitrates 2.85 mg kg-1, H25 had 3.96 mg kg-1, and H50 had 2.33 mg kg-1. H50 containing 1.63 mg less nitrates compared to control, and 0.52 mg less than H25. Less concentration of nitrates is because tubers reachedfaster to maturity than plots without humic subtances. The biggest profit were produced H0 option because this plot had the lowest costs and at the same time yield was the best. H0 profits were 5274.61 Eur ha-1, H25 produced a profit of 4748.32 Eur ha-1and H50 were the least profitable 4330.82 Eur ha-1.2010 experiment with humic subtances origin from vermic compost was made and the growth of potato tubers had positive results both in quality as well as yield (Eremeev et al., 2010). In this experiment adding humic subtances positive effect of plant growth did not revealed. This may be due to the low pH of the soil and moist conditions. Studies have shown that the effect of humic subtances come out in dry, and not-so-appropriate conditions. Thisfield test is repeated the following year to see whether the results are equivalent.eng
